The Bhavflow Team
Bhavflow’s rates, city pages, guides and blog are built and reviewed by the Bhavflow Team. We list roles rather than names; blog posts are credited to “Bhavflow Team”.
Roles
- Data and methodology
- Maintains the rate formula, the import-duty schedule, the data sources and the automatic checks (stale or out-of-range data is rejected). Reviews every rate page and the methodology at least once a month and after any change to sources or duty.
- Editorial (English and Hindi)
- Writes and reviews the city pages, buying guides and blog posts in English and Hindi, checks facts against official sources (BIS, RBI, IBJA, the jewellers’ associations) and keeps prices and shop names out of the text.
- Engineering
- Builds and runs the website, the 30-minute rate updates, the charts and the widget, and keeps the pages fast and accessible in light and dark mode.
- Corrections and reader mail
- Answers reader emails, checks every reported error and records fixes in the public corrections log.
How pages are reviewed
Every rate page carries “Reviewed by the Bhavflow data team” with the date of the last review (currently 5 Nov 2026); blog posts carry the date of their last update. The rules are in our methodology and editorial policy, and fixes are listed in the corrections log.
